Host Relationship (2022) 13”x13” Screen print and embroidery thread on canvas Host Relationship explores a relationship between a host figure gripped in horror as he realizes too late that a mushroom-like entity has been growling and slowly eating away at him. This parasite has always been with him silently growing until its host maturity, but with that maturity he realizes that the parasite has altered his body beyond repair. In my life depression has matured and compounded as I have gotten older.
